The Animal’s Savior – by Jim Willis

The Animal’s Savior

I looked at all the caged animals in the shelter…the cast-offs of human society.
I saw in their eyes love and hope, fear and dread, sadness and betrayal.
And I was angry.

“God,” I said, “this is terrible! Why don’t you do something?”
God was silent for a moment and then He spoke softly.
“I have done something,” He replied.
“I created You.”

Success is worth it – Thinks that work

When you consider all the work that those active in the rescue field go through each day, sometimes you wonder is it worth it. But, then just one little success answers the question. A happy dog face, a wagging tail – Pappy Paws running free. That’s all it takes to remind us why we are doing this.

Successes come great and small and in all shapes and sizes – humans saving dogs – and dogs saving humans. There are many things that work.

Watch out for the “Things that work” category blogs to uplift your heart.

When you go online, you not only see the bad news, there are many many people out there doing what they can, where they are, to help. I will post a link to the blogs with those good news topics as I am able to post them. Just know: You can make a difference.

There is a little story I will tell – coming soon
